What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love if everyone dresses up with us! This event is semi formal, so feel free to get fancy! October in TN is a beautiful time of year that averages in the mid 70s, so plan accordingly. The ceremony will also take place outdoors, so wear shoes that can accommodate a short walk in the grass. And please no white dresses!

What type of venue?

Answer

Our beautiful venue is the Brier Barn in Greenbrier, TN. This features an outdoor ceremony area, covered pavilion area and fully enclosed barn for dinner and reception.

Is this a kid-friendly event?

Answer

We will have our kids there, so yours are more than welcome too! Any invite addressed to your family includes every member of your household, even the little ones!

Are plus-ones welcome?

Answer

We’re trying to keep this day between us and our close friends and family, so unless specifically noted, we’d appreciate if no additional guests were invited without our approval.

What is the drink situation?

Answer

We love to party and want everyone to have as much fun as possible, so there will be an open bar for all guests of age. We will be serving beer, wine and seltzer, no liquor will be allowed on the property. Of course we will also provide plenty of nonalcoholic beverages for everyone to enjoy as well!

Can I take photos?

Answer

During the ceremony we ask that all phones are put away and silent so everyone can enjoy the moment, but don’t worry, our photographer will capture the whole thing beautifully! Afterwards, please feel free to capture all the partying! Just please refrain from posting the Bride and Groom until they’ve done so themselves. On display we will have a QR code to a group gallery for everyone to share their photos in as well!

What dietary restrictions will be accommodated?

Answer

We will have many food options during our buffet style dinner, ALL of which will be egg free. In addition to this, we will have options that are vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you have any other concerns!
