Welcome to Washington! For your arrival to the wedding destination in Chelan, WA, here are the main airport and driving options: Primary Airport: Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac) This is the largest airport in Washington state and often the most convenient for schedules and flights. From Sea-Tac, you have three solid driving route options to reach Chelan: Route 1 – I-90 (approx. 3 hours) Take I-90 east toward the Cascades, then access toward Chelan. This is the fastest and most direct drive. Route 2 – US-2 via Leavenworth, Washington (approx. 4 hours) If you’d like a scenic detour, drive US-2 through the Cascades and stop in Leavenworth for a charming village lunch or treat. Route 3 – North Cascades Adventure (approx. 5–6 hours) For an extra-scenic drive, head north through the North Cascades, stopping at Diablo Lake for stunning views, then through Winthrop, Washington and Twisp, Washington. More drive time, but a memorable journey. Closer Airport: Pangborn Memorial Airport (Near Wenatchee) Fly into Pangborn Memorial Airport (EAT) in Wenatchee. From the airport it’s about 40 miles / around 0.75–1 hour drive from Wenatchee to Chelan. Getting to Chelan: Once you land, you can either rent a car or let the Robin or Taylor know if you’d like to coordinate a rideshare with other guests.

The Lookout
The bridal party and some family members will be staying at The Lookout where the wedding will be held. 10/8-10/13 is when the bridal party will be staying at this location. All are welcome to join outside of the wedding day to spend time getting to know everyone and have a great time! The Lodge is located in Manson, WA, minutes outside of Chelan, WA and 10 minutes from the venue.
