Due to the unforeseen circumstances of COVID-19, our wedding plans have changed. Instead of our planned October wedding, we will instead have a small ceremony with immediate family later this month. We made this difficult decision out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of loved friends and family. Please pray for us as we begin our marriage during this season! Robin and Drew met during Asbury University's homecoming weekend, where mutual friends introduced them at the long-held traditional goat roast. After many weeks and episodes of Stranger Things later (Drew needed an excuse to keep seeing Robin!), Drew told her he had something he wanted to talk about. They met outside the student center, and he said that he really liked her and that she could "do with that what she wanted." When she suggested they go on a date, he said he would love that... except that he'd lost his wallet the week before, so he couldn't drive or pay for a date! Eventually, they did go on that first date. While Drew says that Robin was very reluctant to date him at first, he won her over with his patience and kindness. After two years of date nights, weekend trips, graduations, new jobs, world travels, some tears and more laughter, Drew proposed. Now let's celebrate their wedding!

Drew grew up in Corbin, KY and is a history teacher at West Jessamine Middle School. When he's not working or spending time with Robin, he enjoys golfing. Robin is from Paducah, KY and serves as the Director of Marketing Communications at GO InterNational. She also leads teams to do refugee outreach in Greece. When she's not overseas or with Drew, she enjoys doing yoga and cooking.
