What time should we arrive?

Please arrive so that you are seated no later than 4:40PM on August 22, 2026.

Can we bring our children?

Due to a limited capacity at the venue, please only bring your children if they are listed on your RSVP.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot to the right of the Formal Gardens and Pavilion. This is the closest parking lot to the event. (see property map on Location tab, number 6) If you are staying at the Airlie hotel, there are 24-hour shuttle services provided by the hotel so just give the front desk a call and they will pick you up.

What should I wear?

This event is formal, black tie optional. There will be grassy areas so please consider this when selecting shoes.

When should I RSVP by?

Please respond by June 24, 2026. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will consider this as a decline and we will miss you!
