Question

What time should guests arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest that guests arrive to the venue by 6:15 pm to find their seats and get situated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. The ceremony will be held outside of the clubhouse underneath the oak trees.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is garden formal—a mix of getting all dressed up while being cognizant of the outdoor setting. We’d love to see midi or floor-length dresses for our ladies and suits for our guys (or tuxes if you’re feeling extra fancy)! Fun color, textures and prints are welcomed! Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones!! However, due to venue capacity we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our 30-minute ceremony will be held outdoors under the oak trees. Our reception has both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP online. Thank you for understanding!

Will dinner and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes—we will be having a New Orleans style reception with a spread of food stations available throughout the event along with passed hors d'oeuvres! We will also be having an open bar. Please coordinate a sober and safe ride home. Rideshare by Uber and Lyft are both easily accessible and available in the area. If you choose to drive yourself, there is a large self-park lot next to the venue.

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive a response from you by the designated date, we will assume that you are unable to make it. Please help us by filling out your reply as soon as possible. The RSVP form will be found here on our website once invitations are sent out. If you are unable to attend, we will miss celebrating with you!
