Question

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We love the youths! However, our wedding and reception will be adults-only. We hope you enjoy a night off and celebrate with us. If you have inquiries about available childcare in the area, please reach out to Lindsay or Raúl. We have available sitters in Davenport, FL.

Question

How will I get to the venue?

Answer

We will be providing Uber/Lyft vouchers to assist in transportation to/from your accommodations to the venue. In the event you drive a vehicle to the venue but cannot safely drive it home, you may leave it at the venue but must pick it up by 10am the following day.

What do I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Think dress pants, tie, and jacket or midi/tea length dress. The wedding is in January in Florida so weather could be hot or cold. Keep an eye on the weather leading up to the wedding and pack a shawl or light sweater/jacket should it be chilly after the sun goes down (and the party lights turn up!) For folks wearing heels: the ceremony area will be grassy so you may opt for less stiletto and more wedge/block heel. Think "Instagram nice," not "Target pajama run nice."

Can I propose at your wedding?

Only if you have a choreographed dance and you teach Lindsay and Raul ahead of time.

What meal options will there be?

Answer

We will be having brick oven pizza cooked on site as well as pasta stations where you can customize your plate. Please indicate any food allergies/intolerance/preferences when you RSVP so we can accommodate.

Where are you registered?

Answer

There is a tab at the top that says "registry" - we have one on Zola as well as Amazon. You can get to the Amazon one from the registry tab. We've also registered for weird things at Anthropologies that are mixed in with the Zola things.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on soft grass so consider that when choosing shoes. We do have a back up indoor ceremony plan should the weather take a turn. Please watch the weather and consider bringing a light sweater/shawl for the evening.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The wedding will take place at 4pm. Please arrive by 330pm to allow seating/mingling before the ceremony starts. If you arrive after the ceremony starts you will be asked to stay outside of the ceremony space and we welcome you to join us at cocktail hour after the wedding.

How long is the ceremony?

Long enough to be emotional, short enough that no one wonders if we're reenacting a Netflix miniseries.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Technically you are likely capable to do so - but may you? Only if you can be super discreet. If there is an iPad in the aisle Lindsay will call you out in front of everyone during the ceremony. She has no shame in shaming you.

Can I attend if I didn't RSVP or RSVPed NO?

Answer

You can come but please bring your own chair, food, drink. Good luck.

On the travel tab we have a dedicated room block/discount rate at The Hampton Inn Orlando Maingate South. We have secured a special rate at Holiday Inn Express Davenport.

Yes. Please hydrate and don't embarrass your family.

When should we RSVP by?

Please RSVP by 12/1/25 to allow us to finalize seating and headcounts.
