Burlington International Airport (BTV)

For those of you who are planning on coming from afar, first of all, thank you!! We are very gracious and excited to have you celebrating with us. We will be getting married at a pretty remote location. We recommend flying into Burlington International Airport (BTV), which is closest major airport, it's about an hour and forty five minutes away from our recommended hotel. Other major airports include Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) (a little over two hours) and Logan International Airport (BOS) (almost exactly three hours from our hotel). There are much smaller airports closer by in Montpelier (MPV) and Lyndonville (LLX) that may be worth looking into.

Rental Car

National Car Rental

We recommend considering renting a car for the weekend, as Uber and Lyft services are not as readily available in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We've had good experiences with National, but there are oodles of other options to look into at BTV: Enterprise, Alamo, Dollar, Hertz are a few.

The Comfort Inn St. Johnsbury is a high quality and relatively affordable hotel near downtown St. Johnsbury, a five minute drive from St. John the Evangelist Church, and a twenty two minute drive from Tempson Barn. Another beautiful and luxurious option, the Burke Mountain Hotel is a twenty seven minute drive to St. John's and fourteen minute drive from Tempson Barn. Hampton Inn Littleton

Another nice option is the Hampton Inn in Littleton. It's a twenty five minute drive to St. John's, and thirty five minutes from Tempson Barn.
