FAQs

Question

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony". This means absolutely no phones or cameras other than the ones our photographers and videographers will be using. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired some wonderfully talented professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. We will, however, be allowing a brief moment during the ceremony for all guests to take out their electronics to take photos if they'd like. Also, after the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Politics Free Zone, Please!

Answer

Given the timing of our wedding being right after the 2024 Presidential Election, we are asking that conversations about politics be avoided. Although we respect everyone's right to their opinion, we would appreciate it if you would please respect our wishes.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Free valet will be provided on the day of our wedding, and a fee of $20 will be applied to your bill for overnight parking if you are staying at the Tudor Arms Hotel for the evening.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin. You can arrive as early as 5:00 pm to find your seat in the ceremony hall.

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed! Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend". RSVPs need to be sent back no matter if you are or are not able to be there!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Duh! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! If you are not planning on reserving a room for the evening, please be sure to arrange a ride home at the end of the night, and party responsibly!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see all of our loved ones dressed up for our big day! The dress code is Formal (aka black-tie optional). Gentlemen, please wear your favorite suit and tie. Ladies, please wear floor-length dresses. Please avoid wearing bright reds or hot pinks and any variation of white, ivory, cream, champagne, or silver to let the bride have her moment in white.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we do love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding day as an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun night out!

Question

When do I need to R S V P by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 10/26/2024. If you do not RSVP by this date, unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you on our special day. Invitations with RSVPs will be sent out later in the year.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor. If your invitation does not indicate a plus one, then, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate you to bring a date. We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
