An RSVP link will open at the top of the page when the invitations are sent out closer to wedding day.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding will be formal attire, not black tie, with fascinators (hats) being highly encouraged - but not required - for the women! Suit and tie or a dress will do well!

Did you say HATS?!

Answer

YES! Hats are a staple of British wedding guest attire, and the tradition dates back to the Middle Ages. The royal family has helped keep the tradition alive, and events like Princess Diana and Prince Charles's wedding in 1981 reignited the public's love for hats. Hats are considered part of the "social fabric" of special occasions in British society, and no formal look is complete without one. For our American guests.... think Kentucky Derby hats (but generally smaller) to give you inspiration.

We are only able to accommodate those for whom the invitation was addressed.

Is there transportation or convenient parking?

Answer

We will not be providing any transportation. The service and reception are in the same location. There is plenty of parking on site and you are more than welcome to leave your car overnight if needed to utilize Uber, Lyft, or other ride share app to get home safely.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Cold. February in Michigan is cold. Average high is 34 F (1 C) and average low is 20 F (-6 C). It could also be Snowy! Be sure to pack a warm jacket if travelling from warmer climates.

Will ther be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

We will be able to accommodate dietary restricts that are indicated when you RSVP.

Uh... Duh. PLEASE Remember to bring some form of ID if you intend to drink. We have a few attendees under the age of 21 and the venue will ID everyone in order to drink.
