Question

Are children allowed at the wedding and/or reception?

Answer

The short answer is... no. We do love your kids, but think you could use the night off to enjoy the evening with us!

Question

What is the best mode of transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

For those who are staying in the hotel block, we will have a shuttle available to transport guests to and from the venue. For those who prefer to use another hotel or AirBnB, we ask that you use Uber/Lyft or other means of transportation following the event. You're welcome to use the shuttles even if you plan to stay at another hotel, just please let Katie or Lucas know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Your safety is our primary focus, so no drinking and driving!

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, suits, slacks, etc. Weather may range from 65 - 85F (18-29C), so wear something that you are comfortable in!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors at Wild Heaven West End in the Garden Room. There is an outdoor space where you are welcome to socialize if you'd like some fresh air.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Access the "Travel" tab to book a hotel reservation. Please note that the heavily discounted rates are only available through August 26th at Springhill Suites by Marriott Downtown OR September 10th at Hyatt House Downtown. If you wish to stay elsewhere, you are still welcome to use the shuttle which will pick up and drop off at both hotels before and after the festivites.
