The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM. Please arrive no later than 5:00PM to allow time for parking and finding a seat.
We'd love our family and friends to dress up with us! Dress code is semi-formal to formal attire. Ladies: midi formal, tea-length, or floor length dresses. Gentleman: dress shirt and tie, sports coat or suit. We ask that you please avoid the color green! The ceremony will be outdoors in the Oak Canopy. Ladies please take this into account when choosing your shoes!
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, followed by an indoor cocktail hour and reception. Throughout the reception, a balcony area will be available for guests to enjoy some fresh air! The ceremony will be held on grass, so please take that into account when choosing shoes!
Yes, everything will be held at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL! The ceremony will take place in the Oak Canopy, while the cocktail hour and reception will be held at the Equestrian Manor. There will be transportation available for guests who do not wish to walk between the two locations.
We recommend flying into Orlando International (MCO) or Tampa International (TPA), both of which are about an hour and a half drive from the World Equestrian Center. For those who prefer a shorter drive, Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV) is about an hour away, though flight options are more limited.
Yes! There are two hotels on property: The Equestrian Hotel & The Riding Academy Hotel. Discounted room block rates are available for both Friday and Saturday night. Please use the link under the Travel tab to book a room that suits your preference! Note: Our room block closes September 16th, 2026! If you are planning on staying on one of the two hotels on property, please make sure to book your room prior to that date.
We'd love for you to be fully present with us during the ceremony, so we kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away. We promise our photographer has everything covered and we'll shares those photos with you afterward. Once the ceremony ends, please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!
While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event. That being said, we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
