What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the Ceremony to ensure there is no interruption to the mass service. You may arrive at Cocktail/Reception any time after 3pm. Dinner will not be served until 6PM.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Ceremony: Private parking provided to all guests for free at a limited availability. Street parking is also available. Reception: Street parking ONLY. We strongly encourage that you carpool or utilize Uber/Lyft/Taxi as the reception will take place in a private residence with extremely limited street parking in the residential area. Parking permits are required for vehicles left overnight.

Absolutely! However, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What happens after the Ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures with family and friends at a halfway point to the Reception. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving light snacks and beverages.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

At the moment we do not have a hotel block at any specific hotel. However, please check out the "Travel" tab on our wedding website for more information on nearby hotels that we recommend.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes! There will be non-alcoholic beverages provided and an open bar (if you're feeling extra celebratory) for the entirety of the event. Candy and Assorted Sweets table will also be available. Dinner will be served at 6pm. The Dinner Menu currently consists of: Mushroom Cream Chicken (served with a side of mashed potato, veggies and bread) Chopped Steak (served with a side of potatoes with cheese, cilantro rice and tortillas) Pepperoni Pizza (Kid friendly option) Cheese Pizza (Kid friendly option)

We’re also planning a honeymoon trip to ITALY; if you’d like to help us get there by contributing to our honeymoon fund, we’d be grateful!

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Games will be played for the centerpieces! The lucky winners will be able to take the centerpieces home.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures onto their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #GonzalezRobSam0923 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 31, 2023 using the QR code on the backside of your invitation.

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “decline,” so we can plan accordingly.
