The dress code for the wedding is black tie optional, meaning gentlemen have the option to wear a tuxedo or stylish suit and the ladies can opt for a full- or ankle-length gown or dressy separates. We encourage guests to embrace the tropical weather by incorporating vibrant colors into their ensembles (see above collage for reference). Please refrain from wearing white dresses. Please note: We will be walking from the ceremony to the reception. Although it's only one block, it is on cobblestones. Please plan your footwear accordingly; block heels will be more comfortable than stilettos.
Kindly let us know if you'll be attending no later than March 25. You can submit your response by clicking "RSVP" in the navigation bar at the top of this page.
Curating the guest list for our wedding was an incredibly challenging task (especially for Roberto!). We want to express our gratitude for your understanding. When you enter your name to RSVP, you will find the names included in your party. Unfortunately, due to space limitations at our venue, we had to prioritize our closest friends and immediate family members when finalizing the guest list.
All of our wedding events are exclusively for adults. However, if you are traveling with your little ones, we would be more than happy to offer childcare suggestions.
Absolutely, and share them with us. We will provide QR access to a shared photo album at all wedding events (or you can access here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/k16x2DBVYMHpuZ5G8).
The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will be held indoors with air conditioning.
If it rains, the ceremony will be moved indoors to a room at El Convento, the same building as the reception.
Daily high temperatures hover around 87 degrees Fahrenheit. Although May marks the beginning of the rainier season in Puerto Rico, showers are typically brief. Expect some sun even when the weather forecast says otherwise.
If you are using a walker or a wheelchair, please let our planner know at kriziadiaz@gmail.com or (787) 451-2475 so that we can provide assistance to help you enjoy the day. The ceremony is outside and the walk to the reception will be on cobblestones. The reception is indoors and accessible.
Considering that many of our out-of-town guests will likely stay in Old San Juan, we have decided not to provide transportation services as all the wedding events are within walking distance of our suggested accommodations. If you are a local attendee, we recommend using Uber as a transportation option. However, if you prefer to drive, please allocate extra time for parking, as it can be difficult to find available spaces.
