We’re Getting Married!

Roberto and I met at work during a challenging time in my life. I wasn't interested in dating, but he was patient and content with being my friend. He kept inviting me to dinner “as friends,” and I kept finding excuses to decline. I finally agreed, and it turned out to be the best decision of my life. We stayed at the restaurant until closing and got kicked out. After a while, I started to realize how much I liked him and admired the person he was. We continued spending more time together and made things official in December 2018. Roberto has always encouraged me to pursue my dreams. He pushed me to apply to nursing school and reassured me about moving, saying he’d go anywhere with me. In 2022, we moved to Tucson so I could chase my dream of becoming a nurse. Through all the ups and downs, he's been my biggest supporter. For our anniversary, we went to dinner in Scottsdale, and that's when he proposed. We are each other’s best friends and can’t imagine life without one another. We are so excited to get married and share this special moment with each and every one of you.
