There will be transportation from the airport to the hotel. This will be an 1.5 hour ride to the hotel on a shared charter bus with other hotel guest. The bus comes by every 30 minutes from Playa del Carmen to the Cancun Airport. Look for a sign that says "Hotel Xcaret México" being held by one or two hotel employees. This will be at the exit area of the airport. You will go past the taxi options and by the charter bus area. The employees will walk you to the charter bus with the Hotel Xcaret Logo. Once boarded on the bus - you will be asked for your room confirmation # and will be given a resort bracelet. Please be sure to confirm you are going to Hotel Xcaret México - as there are three properties within Xcaret. DO NOT get on a red bus or any other bus that is not part of Xcaret.
