How do I book my room?

Answer

In order to book your room, you will need to fill out the guest reservation form (you can find this under "secure your room" or can get it from Vanessa) and email it to jaguilar@royaltravel.com.pa and Dantoni@royaltravel.com.pa. Once you submit the form, you will receive a payment link via email and will submit your payment through there.

Do I have to pay the total up front?

Answer

No, you do not. If you would like to do a partial payment just specify that in the email when you submit your guest reservation form.

When are payments due?

You must be paid in full at least 90 days prior to the wedding.

How many days should I book for?

Answer

The bride and groom are staying 6 days, 5 nights (February 15th-20th). However, you are welcome to book as many days as you'd like; just specify it on your guest reservation form.

Question

When filling out the guest reservation form what do I put under requested hotel name and category?

Answer

The reservation form shows pricing for two different resorts. Make sure you are putting Pyramid Cancun. Under room category, you will specify if it is a single room, double room, etc.
