What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

December are historically mild and pleasant with sunshine, coastal breezes and very little chance of rain. We would recommend to bring a jacket. Heat lamps will be available.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the Bachelor party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the Orchid Bar where we will be serving finger foods and champagne.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free. There will be an attendant to direct you to the parking. *You are able to leave your car overnight free of charge but must pick up next day from 6am-12pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #RobandOwen so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

We can accommodate special diets and please contact us ahead of time. We have a vegetarian option when you RSVP.
