FAQs

You've got questions and we've got answers. Here's a quick FAQ about our weekend in Las Vegas:
Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Fly into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). We recommend arriving by Friday, November 7 at 4:00 p.m. at the latest to settle in before the weekend festivities begin.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ll be based at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas - a stylish, off‑Strip resort offering a fresh, upscale experience with spacious modern rooms, a lively pool scene, and a variety of dining and entertainment options. To make your wedding weekend seamless, dedicated shuttle transportation will depart directly from the hotel.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

The ceremony will take place in the Mojave Desert, so the dress code is desert chic, meaning stylish, comfortable, and suited for the natural surroundings. For men, that might mean a lightweight suit or linen set with loafers or boots. For women, think flowy dresses or jumpsuits in earthy or warm tones, paired with sandals or wedges that can handle uneven ground.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Dedicated shuttle transportation will be provided to take guests directly between Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and all of the weekend's events. You won’t need to worry about renting a car, directions, or parking.

Question

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will take place outdoors at Cactus Joe’s, a unique desert venue just outside Las Vegas. In early November, Las Vegas typically sees daytime highs in the low 70s and cooler temps in the 50s by evening, with plenty of sunshine and low humidity. Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, and consider a light jacket or wrap for later in the day.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, you’re welcome to bring a guest! If not, trust that this small group is warm, fun, and full of new friends.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

This one’s for the grown-ups only (21+).

Question

What’s the weather like in November?

Answer

In early November, Las Vegas typically sees daytime highs in the low 70s and cooler temps in the 50s by evening, with plenty of sunshine and low humidity. Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, and consider a light jacket or wrap for later in the day.

Question

What should I do in my free time?

Answer

We’ll have plenty of time to relax and explore between events, and you’ll be in one of the most entertaining cities in the world. Whether you want to hit the casino, see a show, lounge by the pool, or grab drinks and food with fellow guests, there’s something for everyone. We’ll also share a list of favorite spots and suggestions closer to the weekend if you’re looking for inspiration.
