Please plan to arrive to the venue at 4:00 to allow yourself time to park. There are attendants present at this time so you will need to stop at the booth. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. The staff may not let you enter once the ceremony has begun, so please be sure to give yourself extra time. Additional parking information is listed below.
Our ceremony and reception is being held at Bear Mountain Inn. This is the main building that you will see upon entering the site.

Yes. Please know that there will be a parking attendant near the parking station that day. If you are staying at the inn, parking is included in your stay. If you are not staying at the inn and need to park at the venue, we will have someone to greet you with a parking voucher so you may disregard the parking fee.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event with the exception of children in the wedding party. We do have a preferred babysitter that is able to watch children at the venue while you attend the wedding. Please reach out to Robert or Nicole to set this up!
The stone cottages are about a 10 minute walk from the Bear Mountain Inn. Our shuttle will make a stop to the cottages for those staying in the cottages. The shuttle will also stop at the Holiday Inn Express if you've booked a room there. There is a parking lot outside of the stone cottages so you do not need to park at the inn.
