WE’RE FINALLY TYING THE KNOT!!!

Does anyone know how we met?? Bet you would never guess. We met on a very old social media networking website called MySpace!! ;) Yes, I know what your thinking! Really?? MySpace??? Who didn’t love MySpace though. Well one day I received a message from this guy I had no idea who he was or how he was even on my friend list. It was Robert, who went by Sonny. I had no idea his name was Robert probably for a whole month. We messaged each other back and forth. He gave me his number and asked me to text him some time. A whole month went by and I forgot he even gave me his number. We ended up talking on MySpace again and I decided to send him a text. We would talk for hours and hours and text all day everyday. Well we hit it off, we came to find out that we had so much in common. I just loved how outgoing and very caring he was. He always went above and beyond to put a smile on my face and make me laugh. We finally decide to go on a date, this was not your normal date. We decide to take our kids, and we ended up going to chuck-e-cheese! I fell in love with his son, as he did my daughter! We just felt it was meant to be! I felt as though I knew him for years. After that we were inseparable. We made it official on 10.25.10. We did everything together. We decide to move in together and shortly after that we brought our first daughter into the world. We continued to grow and now were now a family of 7, with a baby girl in heaven! We always knew we wanted to get married! Our life together has been an adventure, and our love continues to grow! We have finally decided on forever!! We wouldn’t choose any other way but to have those we love surrounding us on our special day!! I can’t wait to marry the love of my life and my best friend!! Love, Monique

We were surrounded by friends and family in our backyard. Listening to music and having a few drinks around the bonfire. He was acting a little weird and I knew something was up, but I had no idea that he was about to get down on one knee and ask me to marry him. As he was getting down on one knee I went into shock and all I said was oh my gosh!! His friend said say yes already!! :) Yes of course! I said. Come to find out the ring he chose was the ring we just happened to look at a few days before for the fun of it! It was perfect and everything I imagined. It’s not your usual engagement ring, we chose a morganite. Morganite is a gem with the meaning of love + compassion. It’s the gem of unconditional love. It was beautiful and the night was perfect, I couldn’t have imagined it any other way.
