Tuesday 1st September 2026. RSVP online via the RSVP tab.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Between 1:00pm - 1:15pm. The ceremony will start at 1:30pm promptly, all guests to be seated by then.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Men: Black tuxedo or black suit, with a bow tie, paired with a formal white shirt. Women: Sophisticated, elegant attire with a festive touch. Floor-length or midi-length gowns or cocktail dresses are all appropriate. Elegant heels or dressy flats work well. All colours are welcome except white or ivory. Yes, Stone Barn offers on-site free parking for guests, with space for cars to be left overnight. please note: Cars need to be collected by 10:00am the following morning (Saturday 19th December 2026) as there is another wedding booked for the next day!

Question

How can I arrange transport home after the wedding?

Answer

We recommend pre-booking a taxi for your journey home at the end of the night. Please arrange for your taxi to arrive at 12:30am. A list of local taxi companies can be found under the Travel & Hotels tab.

Question

It's December - do I need to dress for peak winter?

Answer

Feel free to add some fur or extra layers if it complements your outfit, but there’s no need to dress for extreme cold. The venue has underfloor heating, open fires, and the day’s schedule is mostly indoors, so you’ll stay warm and comfortable throughout.

Question

Where should I sit?

Answer

The front rows are reserved for immediate family and the bridal party. For all other guests, please sit wherever you feel comfortable - there’s no Bride or Groom side. We love you all equally!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. Please keep phones and cameras away during the service so everyone can be fully present. We can’t wait to share the professional photos with you afterward! After the ceremony, snap away!

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence on our day is truly the greatest gift to us, so we haven’t created a registry. Should you wish to give a little something, a contribution to our honeymoon would be warmly appreciated.
