Here is what to expect during our wedding weekend. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Saturday, January 5, 2019

Ceremony

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Cocktail Hour

2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

There are will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails and other refreshments. Can't wait to see you all!

Reception

4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

It can get a little chilly at night in January in Florida —we recommend bringing a shawl or light jacket. Dinner, drinks and dancing to follow our ceremony! Please make a food selection from the menu below and RSVP by DECEMBER 10th to bejouhartung@gmail.com.

Please select one of the meals listed below: * Roasted Rib Eye - medium seasoned beef, slow roasted, served with au jus and horseradish sauce. * Smothered Chicken - seared breast meet, loaded with caramelized onions and sauteed mushrooms, topped with provolone cheese and baked. * Roasted Pork Loin with Rosemary Sauce - herb crusted slow roasted boneless pork sliced into medallions creamy aromatic rosemary sauce. * Pan Seared Salmon - seasoned Atlantic salmon, with lemon and white wine butter sauce. Each selection includes: house salad with assorted dressings, rice pilaf and chef's medley for vegetable, fresh baked roll, coffee, soda, iced tea
