But wait, what are the Rules?

The Wedding Website of Robert Hansen and Lily Tanner
Attending any event can be a scary time fraught with confusion. Especially when the hosts can't read your mind and fail to tell you whether or not a ladybug brooch or a praying mantis brooch is more acceptable. Fear not! Below we have sought to answer a few frequently asked questions. If your question hasn't been answered here, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, kids are absolutely welcome! We have made sure to add invitations for any children we are aware of, but if you have children that you need to bring who aren't a +1 on your invite, please reach out and let us know so we can try to accommodate their meal.

Question

Can I bring my pets?

Answer

We request that, unless your pet is an emotional support or service animal, that you keep them at home or in your lodging accommodations for the wedding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Just avoid going too fancy or too casual. Something in the Dressy Casual, Business Casual, or Semi-Formal range that you are comfortable wearing is best.

Question

What activities will be occurring at the wedding?

Answer

Aside from that whole marriage ceremony business, we will be having your traditional wedding toasts and dances. Afterward, the dance floor will be opened to everyone else. There will also be some games like cornhole, ping pong, and miscellaneous board games available to play in the lounge area.

Question

What do I do with this money burning a hole in my pocket?

Answer

Ouch, that sounds like it hurts, but you're in luck! We will be doing a money dance to encourage people to contribute to our home down payment fund at the wedding. You can purchase a dance with the groom while the bride holds court at the sidelines. Men, this might be one of your few chances in life to be spun around like a Princess! Don't miss out!

Question

When will meals be served? Can I bring snacks?

Answer

Hors D'oeuvres will be served after the ceremony at around 5PM. Dinner is expected to begin serving via buffet table releases at around 6PM. We openly welcome you to bring snacks with you to make sure you are at your most comfortable. Nobody wants to be hangry at a wedding.

Question

Will there be Alcohol?

Answer

No, we will be having a dry wedding. There will be a soda bar, specialty mocktails, and kombucha on tap.

Question

Will there be Vegetarian/Vegan Food Options?
