Overlooking Canandaigua Lake atop the Bristol Mountains, this location is both the site of the ceremony and the reception. Rustic-chic rooms have en-suite bathrooms with heated floors and feature free WiFi, flat-screens, fireplaces, and patios/balconies with lake views. Suites are available with a living area, kitchenette, and a whirlpool tube. The hotel offers a gym, outdoor pool, hot tub, spa, free shuttle to the private beach, 18-hole golf course, and a restaurant on-site. If you block within the Traub/Cooper room block, double Queen rooms are $270 and King rooms $332; if you miss the block pricing as there are only a limited number of rooms within the block, prices are around $297 for the double Queen and $365 for the King. South Bristol Cottages

These 2 bedroom/2 bath condos boast beautiful lake views from private patios and are located directly across from the Bristol Harbour Lodge. The condos feature an open concept great room where you can lounge by the gas fireplace while watching the flat screen TV. They also have a dining area with seating for 6 as well as a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffeemaker. Complimentary WiFi access keeps you connected. Off the great room is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination as well as a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Down the hall is a master bedroom with king bed, TV, and full bath with walk-in shower. The cottages have a 2-night minimum stay with a total of 6 guests max in each condo for a total of about $630 per night including taxes and fees. This is a great option for groups and also requires no transportation to the venue. Not many of these condos are left so book soon!

Holiday Inn Express Canandaigua - Finger Lakes

There is a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in Canandaigua for our wedding guests. It is a minimum 2 night stay at $229 a night + tax. It's about a 20 minute drive from Bristol Harbour. We recommend booking sooner rather than later because the rooms will likely fill up fast! The only other hotel on the lake is closed for the season so we anticipate rooms going at a record rate. Don't forget to mention that you're booking your room for the Traub/Cooper wedding!

Greater Rochester International Airport

Rochester is the closest major airport to Bristol Harbour and is about an hour drive from Canandaigua. Other options include flying into Syracuse or one of the NYC airports and driving with friends to keep you company. We suggest trying to carpool if possible!
