When is the RSVP deadline?

Please kindly RSVP by July 17th, 2026!

What happens if I dont RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We have deadlines with our vendors and will need to give an accurate headcount.

What should I do if I cant make it?

Answer

Your presence will be missed!! If you cannot attend, please mark the appropriate response with your RSVP so we know what to expect.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:30pm to claim your seat for the ceremony that starts at 4pm. The first row on each side will be reserved but besides that it is open seating. Anyone who shows up past 4pm will not be allowed to join the ceremony and will have to wait till it’s over to join the other guests.

Whats for dinner?

Answer

We will be having tri-tip steak with lemon-herb grilled chicken, garlic bread, green beans and a side salad! Rip City Grill is our caterer for the evening and we know you guys will love it! Dinner will be a buffet style so please be respectful of other guests when grabbing your meal!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony! The greatest gift you could give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". Our photographer Moraya will do a fantastic job captureing this moment for us. Besides that, feel free to take pictures any other time! We highly encourage pictures to be taken during the reception :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate guests who are formally invited to the wedding. If you received a plus one on your invite, then they are more than welcome to come, just make sure they are marked properly on the RSVP! Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your littles, this will be an adults-only event, with the exception of a few family members who are at least 13.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage all guests to wear semi-formal attire. Our main colors are Emerald Green, Black and Gold. Earthy tones as well as complementary colors are welcome! :)

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, but cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors in the Pavilion!
