We have a group rate! Unfortunately, not everyone at the hotel seems to grasp this, and the Hilton Reservations 800 number has even been giving out incorrect info. So, sorry for the essay, but please follow the instructions below: ***If you are planning to stay ONLY May 29 and/or May 30 (the "Wedding Dates"), either (1) call the hotel directly at 925-934-2500, Option 4, between 9am-5pm Pacific and give the discount code CES90I; or (2) Click “VIEW” below and book via the group rate link. ***Want to make a ~weekend~ out of it? You can extend your stay at the group rate up to 3 days before and 3 days after the "Wedding Dates." Either (1) call the hotel directly at 925-934-2500, Option 4, between 9am-5pm Pacific and ask specifically for Reem Najdawi; or (2) email her at Reem.Najdawi@hilton.com with the added dates. Either way, she will manually adjust the added dates to get you the group rate. IF YOU ARE TOLD YOU CAN'T GET THE GROUP RATE FOR ADDITIONAL DAYS, PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE'LL HELP SORT IT OUT! It will be a busy week at the hotel, so the sooner you book, the better! The cut-off date for reservations at the group rate is April 30, 2026 (or while supplies last).
