Over the past two summers, we’ve spent a lot of time working side by side, and somehow, even the toughest days always felt lighter with him around. During one of the hardest seasons of my life—when my daughter was in the NICU—Isaiah was a steady presence. He helped me hold it together, brought genuine support when I needed it most, and reminded me to keep showing up even when things felt overwhelming. I truly couldn’t imagine this day without him standing with me. He’s more than a friend—he’s family.

Danica and I met through Robert at camp, and from the very beginning, she’s been a bright, steady presence in my life—funny, thoughtful, and always showing up with the perfect balance of humor and heart. Although our friendship is still fairly new, Mitch has quickly become an incredibly meaningful part of my life—and of our daughter Crewe’s life, too. And let’s be honest—Crewe is completely obsessed with him. The way her face lights up when she sees him says it all. Seeing someone love and connect with your child the way Mitch does is something special, and it’s a huge part of why I’m so thankful to have him in our corner. Aidan and I worked together at summer camp, and from the very beginning, he quickly became one of my favorite people to talk to.
