What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony requires transportation from the parking lot to the ceremony site. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony. If you require special assistance, please let us know.

What is the attire?

Answer

Formal. Please keep in mind the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside weather permitting. Women should be mindful of uneven terrain. Block heels recommended.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We love your partners and friends, but due to limited space, we can only accommodate the names listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are children allowed?

Answer

We kindly request an adults-only celebration unless otherwise noted on your invitation.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. Please keep phones and cameras away until the celebration begins so everyone can be fully present in the moment.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting and the reception will be indoors.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

We will have shuttles running between the Hilton Hotel and venue. There will be limited availability for the shuttles so we kindly ask that you select this option on your RSVP if you plan to utilize the shuttles.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes. Onsite parking will be available at the venue.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes. We've reserved a block at the Hilton Hotel located in Downtown Scranton. Please see travel page for the booking link.
