How & When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP on this website, click on the RSVP tab on the top of the screen. There is a limited amount of seats so RSVP as soon as possible. Worse case scenario if you don't RSVP in time, No worries, please still come and celebrate with us after the wedding ceremony at the Salt Shack where they serve food and drinks. It is located next door at the sister property called the Buoy. You can use the free shuttle service by going to the Westin lobby and requesting it. *Please make your own personal reservation for the restaurant at the link on the Travel tab if you want to eat, but if you just want drinks then no reservation is needed. Since they don't do group reservations, and we want to be in the same place at the same time, reservation times should be 3:00 pm or closest to that as possible. Reservation link for the Salt Shack is located on the Travel tab. * Reservations open up 90 days prior to the wedding date.

Of course you can! The more the merrier, just RSVP your plus one when you RSVP for yourself. If you have any issues just text the Wedding Planner Michelle 330-803-8195 to add their name to the list and then have your plus one RSVP on our website and you are all set!

What is the deadline for booking the hotel and what is the deposit?

In order to get the special wedding guest rate (please book asap so you can take advantage of this rate because it is subject to change), you must book directly through the resort and use the Reservation Link on this website, located on the Travel Tab. Please book by February 1, 2025, and the deposit is equivalent to 1 night stay. How much are the rooms per night?

All taxes, fees, resort fees are included in the cost below. The rooms are priced the same rather it is a room with double beds or a room with a single bed. $415 per night for Partial Ocean View $450 per night for Ocean View (2 night minimum) ***These prices are subject to change so please book your room as soon as possible***

I booked my room but I don't see the charge on my debit or credit card?

Once the room block has been filled, the charge will go through on your card. So just make sure to keep those funds available.

Do I need a passport?

Good News! No, not at all. The Virgin Islands is U.S Territory, so no Passport is needed But Beginning May 7, 2025, if you plan to use your state-issued ID or license to fly within the U.S., make sure it is REAL ID compliant. If you are not sure if your ID complies with REAL ID, check with your state department of motor vehicles

Are there any flight discounts available?

We are working on getting a group quote with a few airlines if we are able to secure that, we will update the website with that information. If we are not able to get that we recommend, downloading a app called Hopper, it will tell you when the pricing of your flight will go down so you can buy it at the cheapest moment available.

Is this resort all inclusive?

Answer

You will get 2 complimentary Welcome Cocktails (per room) when you arrive. But no this resort is NOT all-inclusive, St Thomas is US territory, so that is not a common practice there. But you do still get access to a ton of things complimentary! You get unlimited access to all the non-motorized watersports like Kayaks, Paddleboats and Hobie cats. Unlimited Access to Sun Rise Yoga and Unlimited access to the Snorkeling Equipment. (2 per room)

Are we allowed to take photos?

Answer

Absolutely! Actually, please do! Can you use this site called wedding box. (We will add the link here closer to the wedding and send all the guest the link as well) It is a system we are using to have all our wedding photos and videos in one place and it will include every guest photo so we all can enjoy the memories. We also will have disposable cameras there for you to capture photos as well. We want this to be a time we will never forget and photos capture that for us! So thank you all in advance for helping us capture this special moment!
