We’re getting married... again!

Bobby and I met in college at the University of Sioux Falls. We were both multi event athletes on the track team. At first I thought he was a know it all and didn’t like him, at all. Little did I know that he did indeed know it all, most of the time, and he started to win me over. I quickly fell for him in our last couple years of college. We went on our first real date August 1, 2013 and we've been inseparable ever since.

We headed to Newton Hills State Park to hike that morning. It was hot, humid, and muddy on the trails, but our last stop was the lookout tower. We were taking pictures of each other with our pups, and then Bobby said we needed one of all of us together. So as I prepped, he prepped. We took our photo, I grabbed my phone and was ready to head out...but he said “look!” I hadn’t even realized he was holding a ring in our photo!! Obviously I said yes!

We couldn’t wait another year to be husband and wife so we had a tiny ceremony to celebrate our love on our original date. We cannot wait to have the big shindig in 2021 with everyone else we cherish, to celebrate our first year of marriage. ❤️
