When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Please reply whether you will or will not be able to attend online by June 22nd or let Deb Araujo, know by calling 508-951-7299. Don't forget the meal choices.

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see you all dressed up fancy. However, be comfortable as well, considering the ceremony and cocktail hour are outside.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:00 as the ceremony starts at 5:30 pm.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be located outside on the grass in front of the gazebo, weather permitting.

What if it rains?

Answer

In case of rain, the ceremony will be in the clubhouse upstairs in the Chestnut Room.

When/Where is the cocktail hour?

Answer

The cocktail hour will be immediately following the ceremony from 6:00-7:00 outside on the lawn, deck and Oak Room in the clubhouse.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception is upstairs in the Chestnut Room of the clubhouse. There is an elevator and it is air conditioned.

Can I take pictures with my cell phone or personal camera?

Answer

Yes!! We are looking forward to seeing all the photos and videos so that we have these memories to look back on. You can download the app: The Guest-Photo Sharing. The event code is JULY13. The app will allow everyone who downloaded the app to see the photos and videos you take during the window of 5:00-11:30 with your phone camera. You may shut off the auto share feature for those private moments.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, we do! However, since it's an evening wedding, only children that are in the wedding or our long distance guests have been invited. Consider our wedding your night out and have some adult fun!

If the invitation you receive says your name "and guest", of course!
