When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start just at 3:33 PM. Please make sure to arrive to the parking lot before 3 as you will be shuttled up to the ceremony. Please be in your seats by 3:15 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, semi-formal.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received an invitation that was addressed to yourself and a guest than you are welcome to. With that note, please make sure your guest is included on the RSVP so we can get an accurate head count for food/drinks.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly request no children at our wedding due to the size. If you cannot attend without bringing your child, please ask! We would rather you attend with child then not come at all. There will be some children at the wedding because they play a part in our ceremony.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we would highly recommend booking at Seven Spring Mountain Resort. This is located less than 15 minutes away from the venue at 777 Water Wheel Drive in Champion, PA 15622. A block of rooms have been reserved under the Miller/Ruggiero Wedding (Group Code: B7SMRW25). Call (855)947-0438 There are also RV Parks nearby to stay at. Closest other hotel:

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The food will be buffet style so you can accommodate yourself. The catering team is very good about details so if you have any questions about ingredients in the food, please ask!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be sign for the parking lot that is right next to the Barn At Maple Falls. A shuttle will take you up to the wedding. There will also be shuttles from Seven Springs to bring you to and from the wedding! More details to come.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be two separate shuttles running from Seven Springs to take you to the wedding and bring you back!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be a welcome party Friday night at the Foggy Goggle and a brunch on Sunday at The Timbers Room of Seven Springs Resort. There are also a ton of other things to do at Seven Springs
