Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Both our Ceremony and Reception will be at Hotel Covington, in Covington KY.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 10, 2022. If you don't know your availability yet, please let the bride or groom know. We understand travel and work schedules may not be finalized yet and we want to accommodate you if possible! We must have a final headcount by September 24, 2022.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a public garage located behind Hotel Covington and a small surface lot next to the hotel, both allow overnight parking. Hotel Covington also offers valet service, including overnight service.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating will be open from 4:30 PM, and our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM on October 8, 2022. Immediately after the ceremony, guests may proceed to the Eva G. Farris Ballroom for drinks & or d'oeuvres, followed by dinner & dancing.

We reserved a block of rooms at our venue, Hotel Covington. Visit the Travel and Accomodations tab for booking information.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need! However, if you would like to help us outfit our home, we are registered at Crate & Barrel and Target.
