We're getting married!

Summer 2012: When Stars Aligned We were just 18 (Julie) and 19 (Robert) when a summer party at Julie's brought our paths together. It wasn't instant friendship, but a spark was definitely there. While chatting with a friend about my (Julie's) upcoming October birthday, Robert overheard and couldn't help but jump in to ask what date - turns out, his birthday is in October too! This little bit of fate led to our first real conversation, marking the start of something incredibly special. Our First Snow Cone Date After several chance meetings on campus, Robert asked Julie out for a snow cone. It was a sweet and simple outing that marked the beginning of our close bond. Becoming Inseparable In no time, we became the best of friends, taking every chance we got to hang out. When one set of parents needed a break from our visits, we'd hop to the other’s house. Our time together never seemed to be enough. Summer 2014: Our College Chapter Then came another summer, another new beginning. We both were accepted into CSUN and became roommates. College life was an adventure of learning and making memories together. Summer 2017: Graduation and New Adventures Graduation was a proud and exciting time for both of us. Post-graduation, we moved to Washington, where Robert supported Julie as she embarked on her career in the news industry. Summer 2019: Returning Home Eventually, Julie’s career journey brought us back home, where she continued her path in the news world until 2022. During this time, we traveled, explored, and grew not just in our careers but also as individuals, ready for the next big chapter in our lives. Summer 2024: Ready for ‘I Do’ Now, here we are, preparing for the most wonderful summer yet - our wedding in June 2024. It's not just a celebration of our love, but the beginning of our most exciting chapter.
