Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Entree option 1: Parmesan crusted chicken drizzled with alfredo sauce & balsamic and topped with bruschetta. Served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
Braised Short Rib
Entree option 2: slow braised short rib glazed with red wine reduction. Served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
