Robert and Jillian worked together at Nugget Market where Robert's best friend Jessica encouraged Robert to invite Jillian out to a local brewery with them. The first time they tried to hang out, Jillian was busy working horses, obviously, but eventually things fell into place. Robert was quickly introduced to the horse life and learned that the horses always come first. Robert always joked that he was going to propose when Jillian was in her element, on the back of a horse. Fast forward nearly 5 years, Robert did just that. He planned a trail ride, which Jillian invited their best friends to join them on, and got down on one knee overlooking Folsom Lake. Robert and Jillian are excited to see where this new adventure will take them.
