Aloft Dulles Airport North

Robert and Jessica have booked a courtesy block at the Aloft hotel. There are 5 king and 5 double queen rooms available for our guests to book at $119 per night. We have booked the courtesy block for July 30 to August 2nd. The Aloft has a bar that is open daily from 5 pm to midnight, parking is included, there is a shuttle to the airport, and breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am every day. The Aloft is about a 50-minute drive to the venue and 14 min drive to the airport. Lastly, the courtesy block rate is only available until July 1 so please book as soon as possible through the provided website link.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Leesburg, VA

Robert and Jessica have booked a courtesy block at the Homewood Suites hotel. There are 5 king bed and 5 king studio rooms available for our guests to book at $229 and $219 respectively per night. We have booked the courtesy block for July 31 to August 2nd. The Homewood Suites has breakfast and parking included. The Homewood Suites is about a 25-minute drive to the venue and 20 min drive to the airport. Lastly, the courtesy block rate is only available until July 1 so please book as soon as possible through the provided website link.

Shuttle

Pointe to Pointe

August 1, 2026 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm

One shuttle will pick up at Aloft and a second shuttle will pick up at Homewood Suites. Arrival time at venue is by 4:45pm. At 10:30pm, both shuttles will load guests based on which hotel they are going to and return them to the hotel. If you would like to use this service, please contact either Meredith Swanson or Robert Kermon with a head count and what hotel you will be staying at.
