Is the event outdoors?

Answer

Partly! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be out on the beach and lawn (respectively), with dinner inside and dancing on the covered porch. Check the weather and be okay with sandy shoes!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available in the main lot! And if you need to pick up your car the next morning, just get it by 10 AM!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event! (Please also drink water!)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:45 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. It’s not a far walk, but it is through the building and down the ramp.

What happens if it rains?

Our ceremony will move indoors to the covered porch.

Just let us know! We can expand it but not until we have known interest since it is the Sailing Show the same weekend.
