No. The ceremony and reception are only a few steps from each other and located at the resort. Weather permitting, the suites and cabins are walking distance from the pavilion. If you stay in "Hillside" or "Cliffside" rooms, it's a 60sec drive down.

If you're staying at the resort, or plan to take a dip in the Hot Springs; a long robe and sandals are a must (flipflops/slides). They make the magical experience that much better. Chapstick. Lotion. Sunscreen, believe it or not you can get sunburnt in February in Colorado lol.
Driving, about 10 hours. The best flights are into Denver, which is located about three hours from the resort.
No! There are other great little towns 15-30min from the resort that have lodging. Buena Vista and Salida, CO are the closest.
Lotssss of water. Pack a water bottle lol. Give yourself extra time to get places. If you choose to drive or get a rental car, 4WD/AWD is best, but not absolutely necessary. If you dabble in the extra curriculars that CO has to offer, outside towns are best for purchases.
