However, Sam doesn’t have too much to worry about, as his quick-witted charm is good for the occasional chuckle from his friends every now and then. Outside of being funnier and cooler than everyone else, Sam has spent his time earning his Bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Nevada and graduated this spring. He plans on working for the Reno Aces in order to fuel his passion for business and sports.

Hi guys! My name is Maddie, and I've known Jalyn since we were in 7th grade, been friends since 8th grade. In that year between, we were at each other's throats for one teenage induced moment of anger or another. Once we got to know each other, we became inseparable. Jalyn and I have been through so much together in our adolescence through adulthood that she has permanent real estate in my heart, and I am so proud of the woman my best friend has become. I couldn't imagine anyone else more perfect for her than Rob.

My name is Sean Gorman. I first met Jalyn and Rob while at OCS, and knew immediately that they were an exemplary young couple that I was lucky enough to know in any capacity. Through late nights and many tears I got to know the immense love and friendship Rob and Jalyn have forged through Rob’s heavy sobbing spasms. As Rob and I have continued our training in top secret locations throughout the lower 48 we've maintained mutual admiration and a camaraderie that I am truly grateful for. Originally from Southwest Florida, Rob’s honest account about how he escaped communism changed many of my First Amendment views and excited me to see the west coast first hand. I consider myself very fortunate to be a part of this union and can not wait to see where life takes these two budding beauties!

Brother of the groom. Engineering graduate of UNR, and current graduate student at UC Berkeley. Soccer enthusiast. Favorite dinosaur: Spinosaurus. Rob was a role model for me throughout my childhood, and we spent countless time together talking about life and our experiences while we fought each other on our trampoline. He taught me to be a better athlete, student, and friend. I am relieved to know that he has found his match, and I am excited to see what the happy couple achieves together.

Disclaimer: I have the best beard out of all of the groomsmen. Hey all you cool cats and kittens, I’m one of Jalyn’s brothers, which means I’ve endured almost 20 years of torture, so I can happily say I’m looking forward to replacing my sister with a new brother. I first met Rob when he was first introduced to the rest of our family at a barbecue. Over the last 3 years we have gotten to know each other better, partly over our mutual liking of Star Wars. I’ve heard a lot about the two of them having such a shared delight of grilled cheese...so much so that I am expecting them to name their first-born child GC Dalpe (short for Grilled Cheese). I’m really looking forward to having Rob join our family.

I met Jalyn 21 years ago when I was born, and consequently she became my older sister. I then met Rob 3 years ago when him and Jalyn started dating. They're two peas in a pod, an ostrich and a dolphin matched together in heaven, and I am so excited to be a part of their special day. This lovely little wedding will be my absolute favorite, until the day comes where I get to marry Harry Styles or any other member of One Direction. I'm really not picky.
