Yes, Uber is available in Colima. But also various agents to rent cars.

There is Tecoman that’s 30 mins away. But we recommend Manzanillo that’s an 1hr away. It’s nicer and you can actually bath in the ocean. (In Tecoman, you can’t they have pools but the ocean is dangerous to bath).

For the comfort, YES. There is a HERTZ at the airport and other rental car agents. Just check what are the politics and the needs for rentals.
