Let's celebrate!

We both planned on moving into our Loyola Marymount University dorms in the fall of 2020. But as we all know, these plans had to be adjusted. Evelyn and three other girls moved into an apartment near LMU's campus, while Robert remained living at home in LA. Since no one could mix and mingle on campus, us girls made friends over Zoom and snuck into other students' apartments. One night, one of Evelyn's roommates invited someone over that she had met through a "Zoom group", and that someone was Robert. We had a brief introduction that night, and spent the next few weeks going to the beach with friends and attending the same parties. We never planned on getting into a serious relationship in the first semester of college, but were happiest when we were by each other's side. Robert finally convinced Evelyn to make things official in October of 2020. This was the best decision (and the worst news to a certain roommate) ever made, until she said yes to Robert again in May of 2025. Since then we have graduated film school, explored Europe, begun our careers, visited countless alpaca farms, and taken care of Gladys (who turned 18 this year!). And now, here we are!
