Question
Can I book my hotel on the Dreams webpage or other travel site rather than using the travel agent?
Answer
NO! In order to be part of the wedding group you must be booked using the group code. If you are not booked through the travel agent as part of the group you will not be considered by the Hotel as part of the wedding group. As such the Hotel will charge additional fees in order to attend the wedding events. These fees are charged per person per event.
Question
Can I book my flight with the travel agent?
Answer
Yes, Robin would be happy to assist with booking your flights. However, this is not required and you may book your own flights. If you do not book flights with Robin be sure to share with her your travel itinerary so that she may book your transport from the airport to the resort. Flights originating outside the US will be charged a $150 booking fee.
