GOING TO THE CHAPEL!

We first met doing what we both love, traveling and exploring places. Our initial exchange was of a friendly nature that soon blossomed into a deeper connection. Conversations about music, travel, and food turned into discussions about dreams, cultures, and everything in between. Despite living thousands of miles apart—our bond grew stronger with every message and video call. Our daily chats were filled with laughter, shared stories, and an ever-deepening understanding of one another. We began to explore each other’s worlds virtually, from favorite clubs and restaurants in Philadelphia to Ernesto’s love for teaching, his family, and traditional Peruvian food. Our next face to face meeting was a highly anticipated moment. Ernesto visited Philadelphia, and was welcomed with open arms. He was introduced to the city of brotherly love. We explored the city’s rich history, savored delicious cheesesteaks, and fell even more in love with each other’s worlds. As our relationship deepened, we took turns visiting each other, each trip more magical than the last. From walking hand in hand through the bustling streets of New York, to visiting the world wonder Machu Picchu, to cozying up together in Lima’s picturesque parks, our love story has been a series of beautiful moments and shared adventures. Our journey from meeting as friends as intrepid travelers to a life shared finally together in love, is a testament to the power of love and dedication. Our long-distance romance, built on trust and communication, transformed into a fairytale come true. As we stand on the cusp of our new lives together, we celebrate not just our love, but the incredible journey that brought us together.
