Who is allowed to attend the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Only those invited on your envelope or reflected in your RSVP section are invited. Just to let everyone know, we are having music of all types and there is a bar at cocktail hour and the reception! Thank you so much!

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Suits and gowns and cocktail dresses are welcome. Our wedding colors are sunflower yellow, oranges, burgundy and sage.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 10th! If you do not mark it by the date we will take you off the list for each of the events, thank you so much!

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CASTLE?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking, and there is a valet available and included in the services for the night at the front of the castle. Tipping is optional, as they will also be tipped by the couple.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

There is not transportation to and from the hotel! You are more then welcome to ride with a DD or use lyft/uber, which may be limited in the mountains at night!

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors unless there is rain. The cocktail hour will be indoors and outdoors and the reception will be indoors!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes at both the cocktail hour and reception, while supplies last! Beer, Wine, and mixers will be available but no hard alcohol.

WHEN WILL THE RECEPTION END? WILL THERE BE AN AFTER-PARTY?

Answer

The reception will end at 10. You don't have to go home, but you can't stay at the castle!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND/OR VIDEOS AT THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

We hired very talented professionals to capture our day! Although we appreciate that you might want to snap a few pictures here and there, we ask that you honor our unplugged ceremony! We welcome photos at the reception and will have a place for you to upload them.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?

Answer

We will be having a few appetizers during cocktail hour along with a buffet style dinner at the start of the reception! Our catering is provided by award-winning, Michelin Star trained Chefs Johannes Klapdohr and Santiago Guzzetti.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If there is not a plus one on your invitation please respect that! We are having an intimate wedding with our closest friends and family, thank you!

ARE YOU REGISTERED? WHERE?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough but if you would still like to get us something, a contribution of any size towards our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated. There will also a be one at the wedding if you don't wish to do it online. If you prefer a traditional wedding gift we would love for you to surprise us! Gifts are welcome but not expected. Zola gifts can be charged to a credit card. All major credit cards accepted, with a low processing fee. Zelle gifts can be sent with no processing fee to Erinn (843) 333-5797. Venmo gifts need to include the word "Wedding gift" in the description and can be sent to @Erinn-Szarek
