When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We're so excited to hear from all of you as soon as possible! But we understand that planning around New Year's can be tricky. Tentatively we would love to hear from all of you by November 15th so we can make appropriate arrangements. There are RSVP cards included in the invitations, but there is the option of letting us know here as well.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We've done our best and allocated invitations to everyone that we could that the event space and budget could provide at this time. If you would like to bring a date, but did not receive an invitation with a "plus one", please check back with us after November 15th when RSVP's have been received.

Will children be able to attend?

Answer

As much as we love children, this will be a child-free wedding except for those who are part of the ceremony. We're looking forward to seeing everyone at future events where we can spend more time with both kids and parents alike.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This isn't going to be an overly formal event - we will be happy if you just dress casually in a nice shirt and some slacks/skirt/or dress. But make sure you are able to dance in what you wear, as Emma is most definitely going to bust a move and hopes you will too.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the hotel by 7:00pm to settle in and find parking. If you need to check into the hotel or need some time to get ready, please feel free to arrive earlier. There will also be dressing rooms available if guests don't have a room rented out and need some extra time/space to get ready in.

Will we be able to bring our own food or drinks?

Answer

There will be plenty of snacks at the venue as the hotel is providing all of the food and drinks, so don't worry about bringing a thing! As the festivities are going to be in the evening, we are planning to have drinks and hors d'oeurvres, not a full dinner. Gluten free and sugar free options will be available, but please let us know if you have any other food allergy concerns. You are welcome to bring food to the overnight rooms for your enjoyment, but we cannot bring it into the event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Indeed there is! The Holiday Inn has plenty of parking. The reception will follow after the ceremony, so no need to worry about traveling between two places.

Are hotel rooms available?

Answer

Yep! The Holiday Inn has been incredible to us, and guests of the wedding are able to reserve a room for a party of four. The link is included under the "Travel" tab of this website. There's a group code that is available from 12/30/23-01/01/24.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Nope! We just appreciate your presence near and far. We're pretty minimalistic people and would just like to enjoy your company and well wishes. Cards are lovely, but please don't feel pressured to bring gifts!
