Attire: Black Tie After the conclusion of the ceremony, please head back to your place of lodging. For those staying at the Courtyard Annapolis Hotel, TownePlace Suites, and Hilton Garden Inn, transportation will be picking you up in the Courtyard parking lot for the reception events and will be departing at 4:45pm. A shuttle will be provided to those staying at the Rod ‘N’ Reel and departs at 5:15pm.
4:45 pm
Shuttle buses will be provided at Courtyard Annapolis Hotel parking lot to bring you to our cocktail hour and reception. Departing time 4:45pm. If you are staying at the TownePlace Suites or Hilton Garden Inn, they are within walking distance of the transportation provided! Shuttle Services will be provided at the Rod 'N" Reel Resort. Departing time 5:15pm.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Attire: Black Tie On-site parking is available at the cocktail & reception site, but shuttle services will be provided to and from the Courtyard Annapolis Hotel at the start and finish of our reception festivities If you are not staying at one of our hotel blocks, please arrive to cocktail hour at 5:30pm
6:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Attire: Black Tie Our wedding reception will end promptly at 10:30pm in accordance with the county noise ordinance time. Shuttle buses will be provided after the reception for those staying at the hotels provided (see travel section), and for everyone that would like to attend the after party

For those who want to keep the party going... join us for more fun!! Shuttles will take all guests to the after party if desired to attend. If you’re all danced out, those who stayed at our provided hotels may take the shuttles back to their residence. Shuttles will also take guests that stayed at our hotel blocks back to their hotels.
