We've decided that we want a private ceremony with our parents and a couple of friends. On Sept 5, 2019 we will make it official and then a couple days later we are off to Alaska! We will be doing a land and sea tour of the last frontier state followed by a few days in Vancouver. When we return, we look forward to celebrating with all of you on October 26th!

Robert was on the same team as and worked next to my friend Elizabeth, who I would often visit during the day when I needed a break. I had never really paid much attention to the people around her, but then one night I had a dream about Robert. It was a nice dream and we had a pleasant time in it. So then I started noticing him and wondering if the tall dark handsome guy walking around the office was anything like the one in my dream. I decided to find out. It took him a while, but after several subtle hints I made some less subtle hints and he finally figured it out. At happy hour with coworkers Magical Dining came up and when he said he'd like to try Melting Pot, I volunteered to join him... and it was a date. September 5, 2014. The rest as they say is history. Oh... and the real thing is way better than the dream :)
