Our Story

Swipe Right to a Ring

Online Dating is a weird approach for two people who were raised on traditional values. The concept of swiping to find love was never the initial thought of Robert or Claresha. Just two individuals testing a system to explore the pros and cons. We officially met after three days of communication on August 3, 2017. To be sure that neither one of us were crazy we met in a public location. Robert waited patiently at the restaurant for Claresha to walk in, neither knew what to expect. The dinner went so smoothly that Robert immediately asked Claresha to a second date. Robert's eagerness prompted him to invite her to a party that same evening - needless to say Robert was hooked. Claresha agreed, but only because she was bored and her time would've been spent at home reading a book. On August 3rd, they not only had their 1st date, but they had their 2nd as well.

THE ENGAGEMENT

Do You Remember the 21st Day of September

After two years of dating, traveling, ups and downs, encouragement, and constructive criticism - Robert was ready to pop THE question. The day started off peacefully, the couple had recently returned from a 2 year anniversary trip to Mexico, where deep down Claresha thought that's when and where the question would be asked. In order to keep the element of surprise Robert planned an impromptu photo shoot at Lake Eola, where the couple had previously enjoyed walks and dates. The Photoshoot began as most do, normal poses - the hand holding and kisses. Then in the middle of the photoshoot Robert dropped to his knee. The question that was weighing on his heart was simple - "Will You Marry Me?". Claresha's answer was just as simple "YES."
