Los Cabos International Airport

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is the closest to our venue & suggested hotel options, approximately a 25 minute drive. Some helpful tips for the airport: -Once you exit customs, you will walk through to collect your bags, if any, then go through security with a declaration form for any imported goods, if at all. After this check point, there will be a lot of people trying to sell you a number of experiences, tours, etc. We recommend walking straight outside, which is where you will find rental car transport pick up, taxis, etc. Ubers are consistently cheaper than taxis, but both are reliable. You can also opt to arrange pickup via the hotel you are staying with ahead of time. Carr. This is where Brynne, Rob, and the wedding party are staying. The more the merrier! This will be one of the hotels we are arranging bus transportation to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. Pick up time is 3:45 PM sharp! Please be ready out front to catch the shuttle ahead of time.

This is an all inclusive option immediately next to the Hilton Vacation Club Cabo Azul Los Cabos. This will be one of the hotels we are arranging bus transportation to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. Pick up time is 3:45 PM sharp! Please be ready out front to catch the shuttle ahead of time.

This is a small boutique hotel and looks out onto a golf course right across the street from Hilton Cabo Azul & The GR Solaris Lighthouse. A clean & beautiful option! They have more hotel room options available on Expedia as well.

Shuttle

Shuttle on Day of the Wedding

May 16, 2025 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

A shuttle will be picking up guests at both the Hilton Cabo Azul & GR Solaris Lighthouse Los Cabos starting at 3:30PM- to transport guests to Acre, the venue. There will be multiple shuttles moving guests, with the last Shuttle leaving the hotels at 4:00PM to allow enough time for guests to make their way to the ceremony & be seated. After the reception, the shuttles will begin transporting guests back to both the Hilton Cabo Azul & GR Solaris Lighthouse Los Cabos starting at 10:30PM, with the last shuttle leaving the venue at 11PM. There will be space when you RSVP to indicate if you wish to opt into the transportation & from which hotel you will be catching a ride. This is important for us to gather proper head count, so please make sure you reply!

Please use this link to book any ground transport during the week of our wedding! This transportation company comes highly recommended, great for airport transport, rides around town, etc. Taxis are also easily arranged at most hotels, and Uber is also a safe, widely used option. We have experience with all three.
